  1. I have been dancing regularly since I was 10 years old and went to clubs nearly every Sat for many years. Now, at 66, I dance in my living room. Tried running for exercise and found it very boring. I know dancing is why I have never gained much weight, and also makes me happy. So yes, lots of health benefits!! "KEEP ON DANCING!"
